Objectives
Establish Sadhana as a fundamental pillar in your daily routine.
Achieve complete understanding of the use of each technique and its application in daily life.
Build confidence and security in creating your own Asana sequences in your practice.
Level 3 is a space for individual exploration, where each practitioner deepens their reality through their Sadhana. The sessions are characterized by greater fluidity and understanding, with an expanded number of yoga techniques. The physical and mental state achieved will be evident, allowing for improvisation in practice flows according to the physical and emotional needs of each person. In this level, yoga is integrated organically and completely into daily life.
We conduct an initial assessment of personal data and parameters at the beginning of the course and track them throughout its duration. The goal is to measure and evaluate the progress of these parameters, ensuring that each practitioner can observe their evolution and achievements, allowing us to adjust and personalize the practice according to their individual needs. We follow measurement techniques endorsed by S-VYASA University.

After 9 months of training and over 100 hours of practice, Dojo offers a weekend retreat outside the city, where you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself deeply in Yoga. This experiential retreat will replicate the traditional routines and techniques of an Ashram in India, providing you with an authentic and transformative experience.
Daily Program:

Meditation: 3 hours daily, distributed in sessions throughout the day.
Sadhana: Two daily practices focused on strengthening the mind-body connection.
Nutrition: Sattvic and vegetarian diet designed to nourish both body and mind.
Kriyas: Cleansing exercises to purify and balance the system.
Ayurveda: Incorporation of Ayurvedic principles to complement and enhance the practice.
