Methodology

  • 33 hours of the program (11 weeks + Final Practice).

  • 2 days a week, 1 hour 15 minutes per session.

  • Final Practice session of 5 hours.

  • Fixed and permanent schedule.

  • Understand the fundamental basis of Hatha Yoga practice, its language, and how to apply it in daily life.

  • Recognize and observe the limits of your body through asana (posture).

  • Learn and execute initial Yoga sequences.

  • Practice and master introductory breathing techniques.

  • Experience profound changes at the mental and physical levels.

  • Prepare the foundations for starting Level 2.

Who is it for?

Level 1 of our Yoga practice is aimed at both beginners seeking a structured and safe introduction to Yoga, and individuals with experience who wish to reinforce and refine their foundations. It is ideal for learning basic postures, breathing techniques, and meditation principles, helping to develop a solid base for future practice.

In Level 1, you will practice 44 foundational asanas, including sequences of Surya Namaskar. Breathing techniques, mudras, and the language of practice will be taught. We will explore the use of bandhas and pranayama, as well as relaxation techniques and preparation for meditation, providing a solid foundation for your Yoga practice.

We conduct an initial assessment of personal data and parameters at the beginning of the course and track them throughout its duration. The goal is to measure and evaluate the progress of these parameters, ensuring that each practitioner can observe their evolution and achievements, allowing us to adjust and personalize the practice according to their individual needs. We follow measurement techniques endorsed by S-VYASA University.
