Methodology
33 hours of the program (11 weeks + Final Practice).
2 days a week, 1 hour 15 minutes per session.

Implement initial practices of Dharana (concentration on a single point).
Prepare the foundation to start Level 3.
Step Up in Your Practice
Level 2 is designed to continue with the fundamental goal of creating independence in practice. This level immerses you in a fluid Sadhana that integrates previous knowledge, allowing you to advance in more advanced techniques of asana, pranayama, kriyas, and meditation. Each class will have more coherence and impact on your daily life.
Constant practice will increase your confidence and knowledge to create your own practice flows. The knowledge of effective tools to maintain states of mindfulness throughout your day in any situation will become evident and more habitual.
Integration
We conduct an initial assessment of personal data and parameters at the beginning of the course and track them throughout its duration. The goal is to measure and evaluate the progress of these parameters, ensuring that each practitioner can observe their evolution and achievements, allowing us to adjust and personalize the practice according to their individual needs. We follow measurement techniques endorsed by S-VYASA University.
