Dojo focuses on empowering individuals to become independent in their yoga practice. The levels are designed to foster independence and confidence in the practice, providing yogic techniques that have been scientifically validated by S-VYASA University. Completing all three levels would take 9 months, although each program can be taken independently according to each practitioner's availability.
Principles - Level 1
In this level, you will learn the common language of practice, the importance of body alignment, and breathing. You will implement postures (Asana) in structured sequences, along with practices for breath synchronization, strengthening attention, and breathing techniques. The practitioner's experience fuels the desire to explore more deeply.
Duration: 33 hours - 11 weeks
Capacity: 6 people per session
In Level 2, the results of the 30 hours of practice from the previous course will become evident. The sessions will immerse you in the internal experience of Yoga, where group energy and silent practice can only be experienced, not explained. Gradually, we will delve deeper into Asana, Pranayama, Kriyas, and meditation techniques.
Duration: 35 hours - 12 weeks
Capacity: 6 people per session.
Prerequisites: Level 1 completed.
Integration - Level 2
Expantion - Nivel 3
In this level, we incorporate more advanced Asanas, Kriyas, and Pranayamas. With consistent practice, attention focuses inward for longer periods, allowing for the maintenance of deep meditative states that result in mental clarity and overall well-being.
Duration: 35 hours - 12 weeks
Capacity: 6 people per session.
Prerequisites: Level 2 completed.
